Auto-create Jira issues when an incident opens — REST API v3, transitions and comments supported.
Setup — 30 seconds
- 1 Create an API token at id.atlassian.com
- 2 Dashboard → Integrations → Jira — enter domain, email, token
- 3 Pick project + issue type (usually Task or Incident)
- 4 Incident = new issue; recovery = comment + transition to Done
