Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer (hereinafter — "Offer") addressed to an indefinite number of persons and constitutes an official proposal by self-employed individual Oshmanovsky Anatoly Olegovich, TIN 771001032226 (hereinafter — "Service Provider"), to conclude an agreement for the provision of paid digital services on the terms set forth in this Offer.

The Service is operated at https://enterno.io (hereinafter — "Service" or "Platform").

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. By registering on the Platform and/or making a payment, you accept the terms of this Offer (acceptance).

2. Definitions

  • User — any individual who has registered on the Platform.
  • Service — the Enterno.io online platform for website monitoring, analysis and related tools.
  • Subscription — a paid service plan providing access to extended functionality for a specified period.
  • Billing Period — the time period for which the Subscription is paid (monthly or annually).
  • Personal Account — a section of the Platform available after registration, used to manage the Subscription, monitors and settings.

3. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider provides the User with access to the Enterno.io digital platform for website monitoring, analysis and diagnostic tools on the terms and conditions of the selected Subscription plan.

4. Description of Services

The Platform provides the following digital services:

  • Website uptime monitoring with notifications via email, Telegram, Slack
  • SSL certificate monitoring and expiration alerts
  • Website analysis tools: HTTP headers, DNS, SSL, speed, security, SEO and others
  • Public status pages for displaying service availability
  • REST API access for integration
  • PDF/CSV report generation and export
  • Team collaboration features

The scope of available features depends on the selected Subscription plan.

5. Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of this Offer. Acceptance is performed by:

  • Registration on the Platform (for free plan), or
  • Making a payment for a Subscription (for paid plans).

6. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are published on the Pricing page.

Payment is accepted via the YooKassa payment system (bank cards, YooMoney, SberPay). All transactions are processed in Russian Rubles (RUB).

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect active paid Subscriptions until the end of the current Billing Period.

7. Delivery of Digital Services

All services are digital and provided electronically. Upon successful payment:

  • Access to Subscription features is activated instantly and automatically in the User's Personal Account.
  • A confirmation email is sent to the User's registered email address.
  • The Subscription period begins from the moment of payment.
  • No physical delivery is required.

8. Rights and Obligations

Service Provider undertakes to:

  • Provide access to the Platform in accordance with the selected plan.
  • Ensure reasonable availability of the service (target uptime 99.5%).
  • Protect User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Notify Users of significant changes to services or terms.

User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate registration data.
  • Use the service in accordance with applicable law and this Offer.
  • Not use the Platform for DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning of third-party systems without authorization, or any other illegal activity.
  • Not share account access with third parties (team member invitations through official tools are permitted).

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by interruptions in service not attributable to the Service Provider (force majeure, hosting provider issues, internet disruptions).
  • Accuracy of third-party data used in analysis tools (DNS, WHOIS, SSL data from external sources).
  • Decisions made by the User based on the analysis results.

Maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current Billing Period.

10. Refund Policy

The User may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the primary features of the paid plan have not been substantially used.

Refund requests should be sent to support@enterno.io. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

After the 7-day period, refunds are considered on an individual basis.

11. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.

12. Amendments

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer. The current version is always available at enterno.io/offer.

Material changes are communicated to Users via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if no agreement is reached — in court at the location of the Service Provider.
