Site24x7 lets you set website checks from every 10 seconds to once a day and says it has 130+ monitoring locations, 32 of them on the Web Uptime plan. That is far more choice than Enterno offers.

Enterno monitors check every 5 min on Scout and every 1 min from Navigator. Each monitor checks from Moscow, and from Navigator you can add St. Petersburg, Germany, the Netherlands, US East and Singapore. For most business sites one minute and a handful of regions is enough; for latency-sensitive services checked from dozens of countries, Site24x7 is the stronger tool.
